For participants receiving a presidential ID for the Opening on the 29th, please note that the doors of the El Manara Conference venue will close promptly at 8:00 AM, and no one will be admitted afterwards for the opening session.
Re-confirmed participants who have not received their presidential ID are welcome after 2:00 PM. Notification of the issuance of the presidential IDs, including the time and place of collection, will be sent via email once the organizers have received them.
For guests attending the opening, please note that laptops, power banks, and flammable liquids such as perfumes are not allowed inside the conference venue
